Best moveset starmie?

I am doing life orb with 252 sp at and 252 speed but no rapid spin I just want him to be an all out sp. attacker. The problem is he has so many moves to pick from. Which 4 will provide me the best coverage?

Scald
Ice beam
Thunderbolt
Signal Beam
Psyshock
Power Gem
Flash Cannon
Dazzling Gleam
Hyper Beam

Starmie really does have like every move you can think of here :s

Right now I am running Scald, Ice Beam, Psyschock, Power Gem

Scald and Psy obviously for stab, other two for coverage.

Thoughts?

Well u need ice beam to counter any annoying grass types or at least that's wt I usually like on them ...
last one really depends on wt coverage ur missing on ur team in whole pick a move for a type that u don't currently have covered

Scald provides for a good STAB move plus the 30% burn chance is nice . And signal beam takes care of grass,psychic and dark types. The other moves are depending on which role Starmie plays in your team
