Chespin to have Bullet Proof as the ability and bold natured. Squirtle to have Rain Dish as the ability and to be bold natured as well.

Oh, I just realized you needed them to be shiny. I do all my breeding 100% by hand so breeding for 6IV shiny would take FOREVER. Sorry friend, I can't help
