LF Extreme Speed Dratini

I'm looking for an extreme speed dratini. I dont need any specific nature or IV's, I just would like it with extreme speed so I can breed it, and preferably male. I have a lot of pokemon I can trade, but I'm not going to do some crazy trade like a shiny or legend for it, unless you convince me it's worth it. Thanks.

I have quite a few pokemon, I have some 4 IV eevee's and some other bred pokemon. I also have a copy of pokemon X so I can get you a pokemon from there if you'd like. I also have a selection of legendaries. I also have a 4 IV ditto I can give to you, and some other 2 IV ones.

I have a 6iv Ditto, so I don't really need any high iv Pokémon, as I can get them myself. This Dratini has 3ivs (though I can get you more, it was just the first one that I bred)

It has a modest nature, too.

I'm fine with anything really, it's more about what you want for it. Also, if possible can I get it female? I can trade you a shiny magikarp if you don't already have one, I don't really need it.
