I think I have one, It doesn't have IVs, but if no one gets you one I can breed it with my ditto to get 5IVs

Nah I got my own 6iv ditto, so Iv's are not the issue. I got HA froakie or HA torchic for it. Also got some rotoms and contrary snivys
