LF Hidden ability bulbasaur

Hi, im trying to get a hidden ability venusaur for my team. To do so i would also need someone willing to trade it for me or offer up his/her friend safari containing such a pokemon.
Dont care about EV/IV/gender/nature or anything just need the chlorophyl bulbasaur line.

- Male modest feebas with 5 IV (missing atk IV), lvl 1, no ev training, potentially has the pokerus (on request), no item, ORAS
- Female modest feebas with 5 IV (missing atk IV), lvl 13, no EV, potentially has the pokerus (on request), no item, ORAS
-Working on immunity impish(+def,-spAtk) gligar atm, so ill probably have a few ready soon (5IV(missing spAtk), pokerus on request, ORAS, no EV training, lv 1)

@gelinmaster Well, my feebas all got dragon breath, but i dont think its that valuable of a move. Other than that i got charmander with dragon rush, dragon dance, flareBlitz and outrage thats adamant and 5IV no spAtk

i have one jp Gible with 5IV (no speed) and 4 eggmoves,
jp Gible with 5IV (no def) and few eggmoves,
other from different regions dont have 5IV
