Hai I can gen pokemon for you but you will need to wait. As my action replay powersaves pro has not come yet. I will do this for 50PC

That is true. But I hear you may edit IVs now. Again not 100% sure but idk. YOu might be able to do it better

Yeah I mean you CAN cheat in HM/TM with AR but i mean if you want to do it

Good luck getting Aqua Tail, Giga Drain and Knock Off on a Seviper with only Powersaves! You've got to get those moves from BW2. I can gen this pokemon for you.
