Looking for a Sneasel and a few other things.

Hello Im new to this site and I recently bought Omega Ruby. I just started sunday and ive gotten pretty far. Im not new to Pokemon and right now im on my phone because im at work and my break will be ending shortly. Im trying to get back some of my favorites i use to have Pearl,Platinum,White Version and Black 2. Unfortunately I never had the pleasure of owning X or Y. To make a long story short i fell on hard times 3 years ago and had to sell my games . And as you can guess I lost quite a few of my favorites. And Im trying to re-acquire them. Another downside is I dont have much. Right now all I can offer is:
Charmander
Pikachu
Weedle
Greninja
Ditto
Espeon
And an Eevee with Pokerus.
Again my break is ending. I will post my FC and name once i get off from work.
Also does anyone have a dusk stone. I need to evolve my Lampent.
Sorry if I sound needy but im just trying to get back the Pokemon that I lost. I tried GTS. And the results where Abyssmal i feel like people are just trolling on GTS.
Also another thing if the Sneasel is male I'll take it but I'd prefer a female Sneasel.
