Pretty much what Giovanni said, it's against the rules to charge less than 20 PC for any service. actually, I definitely encourage to raise your prices a lot more than what you're charging right now as what your charging right now is pretty much the same thing as selling gold in exchange for salt. xD By the way, welcome to the site!

A. 6 ivs or 5 (negative attack)
B. Change it to shiny
