My Lv50 Meloetta for Shiny Diancie

Haven't played this game in months and found out you can trade shiny Xerneas, Yveltal, and Diancie. I have the other two just need Diancie now, I have other Pokemon (if you don't want Meloetta) and I'm curious if anyone know can you trade Volcanion now or should I just stop hoping?
