Active Need a Perfect competative team asap

im seeking a perfect competative team of six that can meet the requirements of the johto classic tournament for ORAS
Really dont care what the team consists of as long as it works
did want to include a miltank just for the irony since thats the prize and infamous for the johto game
other thoughts were clefable/azumarill, gengar, kingdra, steeliz/scizor/magneton
i never done competative battleing and not sure what to look for. so a good team made for me to to play with and get the idea would be great
i DO have another person who made me a team but i havent heard back from him yet so seeing who else can come up with what and for what price. he gave me a very resonable deal

I guess I could make a team for ya tomorrow for 500 PC since I will have to check the Johto classic game and probably run the team a bit to find some errors it might have xD

as i recall the main rules is that mewtwo, mew, lugia, ho-oh and celebi are forbidden and no mega stones. the rules are on the pokemon.com site
