Have you thought of running rocky helmet on Donphan. That way, physical attackers end up hurting themselves more than they hurt you. He'd be the perfect counter for Talonflame, with stealth rock half of Talonflames HP is gone and then Brave Bird/Rocky Helmet. He'll end up taking himself out.
It also helps a lot with people who want to run around using U-Turn.

You could think about putting Rock Tomb on Breloom to catch Charizard or Talonflame on a switch.
