Idk what you need it for but i have a lvl 12 palkia with a weird nickname in a dream ball, almost any shiny will do if you're down for that =)

Well why would anyone want a hacked Pokemon? Hacked Pokemon can corrupt ur game file so... I'm just saying.

Wait how could a palkia be lvl at 12. The lowest lvl u can catch a palkia at is 50. I'm 100 percent sure of that.

Yea if u take regice, registeel, and regirock to snow point tower. That's how u get that.
