Iv = investment value, it can range from 0-31. Competive players breed for IVs to make the pokemon the best it can be. Dont bother with the honedge. Do you have x and y or oras?

Thats up to you, Im just breeding a team right now I need a aegislah with 31/x/31/31/31/0 ivs and modest. Breeding for 0iv is a pain lol.
