I'm new so excuse me if this is in bad taste to ask. How do you get your Pokemon? With all the shops selling perfect IV shinies and such, it seems impossible through conventional means. Do you use an outside program to generate Pokemon or something?

Hey Trever,

By perfect Pokémon I assumed it was talking about stats. It didn't even occur to me it had to be shiny for it to be considered perfect; however, I do breed Pokémon with perfect stats and I can train them for EV's if that's what you want.
