LF Shiny Buneary/Lopunny and Shiny Dragonite/Dratini/Dragonair

Hi!
So this is my first post and I'm looking to trade my Shiny Sceptile (and maybe shiny Charizard??) for the Pokémon above. I'm not really that willing the trade the Charizard as my sister spent many long hours trying to get it for me but if you make a good offer I might consider it. Unfortunately I don't know the IV's of my Pokémon as I play for the fun rather then the competitive side, so if anybody would tell me how to figure them out I would be very grateful! I do have a few normal Pokémon but nothing special but feel free to make an offer if you want!

I'm not interested because I already own those pokemon :/
BUT
Here's how to check what/how-many IVs it has:
Go to the battle resort, enter the pokemon center, speak to the guy all the way on the top right and he'll tell you which ones it has ^_^
