Open Teach me how to use PKHex

Hi I'm trying to use PKHex for legit competitive Pokemon or ORAS. I tried learning but I need someone to teach me. My 3ds is at 10.2-28U update. If u can teach me how to use PKHex for my current 3ds or help me downgrade my version and the PKHex that would be great thanks. I prefer step by steps.

If you're using the new 3ds or the new 3ds xl, you can also use smashbroshax.
You need Linux to install it though.
