LF A legend catcher

So I kinda transferred most of my pokemon from alpha sapphire to moon and I forgot that I didn't capture most of the legendary pokemon. Can someone help me out? I just need a high level pokemon which can learn a status move and false swipe if possible. A high level parasect would be fine.
