I am afraid I cannot do that. If you do have a Tyranitar non shiny meeting those requirements I could do that for you. I could do a none Kalos bred one for 20 credits.

Then I am afraid I cannot help you unless you can supply your own NORMAL Tyranitar meeting your requirements. I have powersaves which allows me to change it to a shiny pokemon. So it is really upto you my friend.
