I just need nidoking shiny 6ivs and good evs I don't care about levels I'll pay 25 PC

If you want a shiny nidoking with good ivs you'll need to offer way more than 25PC.

On this thread, the prices are20 PC for one region's first evolution starters 30 PC for one region's second evolution starters
