The IVs were drastically wrong having only 2 of the requested IVs. The EVs were off by a bit. He basically lied to my face and I strongly hope this is a mistake. The fact that this was obtained so fast leads me to believe he may have lied regarding the legality, but I cannot prove that. DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS WITH THIS PERSON!!!!!
