In need of a Foreign, non japanese non north american 6iv Ditto!

I need it for breeding purposes and I would really prefer it to to be anything EXCEPT Japanese or North American. I want to use it for shiny breeding for a few specific 5 IV pokemon I have that are already Japanese and North American. (And then continue to use it for competitive breeding in general).

I can offer a 6iv Jolly Male Buneary with Ice Punch, Circle Throw, Switcheroo and Encore egg moves ;w; I'll nickname it anything you want too!
