Closed Is Shiny Diancie tradable?

I was wondering...

Many ppl can use shiny Diancie in battles,what was the reason? Isn't shiny Diancie a shiny locked pokemon?


Nevertheless, I would love to own a shiny version of Diancie...

Sorry but you can't trade a shiny diancie, so your on your own. Shiny locked pokemon can't be traded shiny.
