'Lysandre's Trump Card' being banned from TCG

Just wondering what peoples opinions are on Lysandre's trump card being banned from official Pokemon TCG games. Personally I think it was a good decision as it was a card that was abused by many players and is an extremely powerful card.

I'm not really into TGC, but could you provide a description of what that card does? I'm confused as to why it would be banned

Lysandre's Trump Card shuffles all discarded cards back in to players decks, used in conjunction with high discard drawing cards like prof Juniper it allows you to discard without worrying about what you discard as you will be able to return anything to the deck using trump card including 'Ace Spec' cards.
