Need to change a pokemon's gender

Ok, I'm new to this, so I don't know what you mean by "buying" pokemon. I have a female mareep and want a powersaver to change it to male. I can offer any of these in return for the service:

- Shiny 6iv deoxys
- Shiny 6iv zekrom
- any HA starter
- if you can clone, you can make yourself a clone of any of these (all BR shinies): Dragalge, Nidoking, Stunfisk, Gardevoir, Carnivine
