Trade Completed Omega Ruby need Squirtle or Wartortle

Okay I am new to all this, but here goes. My son really wants a Squirtle or Wartortle for his Omega Ruby game. He has tried wander trading, but doesn't seem to get what he wants. Is there any way I could get one from one of your generous traders? He doesn't have much in his pokedex except some of the legendaries that I have caught for him. His favorite Pokemon is Blastoise and Darkrai. With Game Stop getting codes next month for Darkrai he really wants Squirtle or Wartortle. Thanks in advance for this.

Thanks again. He will be happy. He found a Jirachi box yesterday and was ecstatic. He was upset he missed the Mew event. He loves this game and plays both the video and card games.
