Active poke bank

Hi guys just wondering something bout pokebank i have not downloaded pokebank yet as i am not sure about something. does anyone know if you can use one copy of say pokemon y with say your own and a friends pokebank or are they linked to the first bank only??
not been able to get a reply from poke support and time is running out thanks for any help

you can access it on any pokebank. just put your game in the slot.

The pokebank is linked to 1 3DS so you cannot access your bank on someone elses 3DS with your cartridge.

thanks guys its more my 3ds stopped working end of last year and wasnt able to fix it sop my bro is letting me use his my bor isnt to interested in pokebank but said i can download it if i want im just scared if i do i wont be able to make a new account with a new pokebank
and use my game without having to start again.

nah you didnt offend me at all
