Reckless increases the base power of moves which cause recoil or crash damage by 20%...
I feel the only starter worth it was Serperior, since Contrary is basically godly if used correctly. And now its on a starter with surprisingly decent speed, and not on Shuckle, who is Hilarious and cool but hard to use effectively . Malamar is ok too I guess but yeah.
