It'll be $220 USD.

I'd personally get it if it didn't come bundled, so it'd be cheaper. I don't need any of the other crap.

I am pretty dang okay with this. I was on the verge of getting a Japanese New 3DS with Dragon Quest VIII, because the N3DS XL is way too big for my tastes. But I wanted Happy Home Designer anyway, so this bundle is perfect for me.
