Can't be traded but can be put it in their game after the trade, assuming they already unlock it. Also, Pheromosa can't be shiny and is that Ralts the ralts given to you in the game in XY, not some kind of event? If so, I don't have that ralts. I think I discarded it long time ago.

Max IV, going to be an ENG ralts if you want it to have an ENG name. Also for the Pokemon that can have your OT, do you want it to have your ID as well? The 147229 ID?
