You sure you want IV's all but Attack. It doesnt really make sence if you want an Adamant Nature but no Attack IV's.

I got a Lucario I can breed with now. so it should be all good. I couldnt breed from a Riolu since its considered a baby. Wich cant breed. So I would have to evolve it so it can breed.
