My apologies, I was under the impression that everything regarding the exchange of PC was to be stated on the forums for proper documentation, in case something goes wrong or complications arise.

Not everything has to be stated of the Buying/Selling process on threads a quick yes I would like to buy this and okay I will sell you this with fcs is bascially enough
(btw the double post was from the other user on this thread not you)

its seen as unnecessary and the potential of being spam for PC
as those posts have a few words. The Inbox system works the same way if you use it for comments like the list its has the same documentation effect and works better for small chit chat about the process during long duration of time.

I mean if you see some shop threads or other selling threads since you two are new you'll get to know what I mean somebody places order/somebody requests a buyer, seller confirms order/seller acknowledges the buyer.
Then everything in between about arranging times and small chit chat mostly happens in private between the two on our Inbox System.
