I caught the Shiny Horsea in Soul Silver and got it onto Alpha Sapphire. I actually have one light ball but I don't own two 3DS and don't want to wait till I see my friends. I have the shiny team I want from here so I don't mind giving someone a shiny Horsea for a Light Ball!
