Hey. i'm in need of a low level shiny litwick for my team on either pokémon ORAS or XY. Been wanting one for a long time. iv's, nature, ability doesn't really matter.
I don't have too many rare event pokemon, but tell me what you would want for it and i'll see if i have any of it/them.
