Spiritombs and tyrogues for 60 pc

The lvl 1 spiritombs all have the pressure ability, and the moves spite,pursuit, confuse ray and shadow sneak.
The lvl 1 tyrogues have the ability guts, and the moves helping hand, fake out , foresight and counter.
This is the first time ive done this so im sorry if im slow. 60 pc for either or 100pc for both .
