Ticketing System Problems

Hi guys,

We are still working on the ticketing system. For now, I cannot see the tickets, and thus cannot issue payouts. Until this is resolved - please send the following information to me @KitaVonKanada to request a payout.

1. Your PAYPAL email address.
2. The amount of credits in 1200 increments that you would like to cash out.
3. If you submitted a ticket.

We are not taking expedited requests at this time - we are hoping to have the entire issue resolved asap.

If you have already submitted a ticket for a payout and it is currently unanswered, please feel free to wait it out OR send me a message.

We are having some more problems with the ticketing system 6/14/2015

We are currently looking into a solution and will update this thread when the problems are fixed.
