LF Togepi and Turtwig/Tropius [New Player]

Hi there guys, I am looking to start my journey, with my partner's Y.
However I want to start my journey with my signature pokemon Togekiss (starting with Togepi).
I am also interested in acquiring a Turtwig to play my Grass-Role during my playthough.

I prefer a level 1-5 and no requirements for IV and no shiny. Thank you.
