Except Mimi is a Fairy.

Also, most antagonist teams pokemon rosters have been made for stylistic reasons. They're usually thuggish, intimidating, or generally scary pokemon.

Mimikyu is a little creepy, maybe even uncanny, sure. But I don't think he's a bad guy grade pokemon

Duskull, Cubone / Marowak, Vullaby, Craniados / Ramaprados, Scraggy / Scrafty and Smeargle all fit thematically — maybe Loudred / Exploud

Anything related to bones, knocking heads, loud noise and making mess!
