It depends really, they both fill completely different roles. Mega Mewtwo Y is your special attacker whilst Mega Mewtwo X is your physical attacker, but only use them in Ubers (they are both banned). Check out http://www.smogon.com/dex/xy/pokemon/mewtwo for some options
