    Head to Route 119 or 120, and get a tropius. They have sweet scent and will help you with attracting hordes. With the EV items, EXP share and a pokemon with surf (to defeat hordes), it shouldn't take long to max out an EV.

    Charizard Y is pretty versatile right now. I run it with Flamethrower, Focus Blast, Solar Beam and Dragon Pulse. Another Pokemon that's really good at the moment is Mega Lopunny, try building a team around her she hurts real bad!

    Get their final forms from trades and breed them. You'll be able to level the newly hatched ones easily(EXP share + Elite 4), adding them to your Pokedex ;)

    I'm new myself but I'll assume that you're asking about PC. "PC" stands for Poke Credits and is the currency used in the forums. It's 5USD for 500PC
