yea thats true but isnt dark void like a guaranteed hypnosis cause hypnosis misses a lot ive never seen dark void miss except once. and it was like godly luck lol

This would be too much of a complex clause. In this case, we can start saying Arceus-Normal can be OU if it runs a supportive set, or some other weird stuff.
