Anybody know how to put images onto google spreadsheet?

Does anybody know how to properly put images into a cell on google spreadsheet?
Looking to add images to my shop. Would appreciate it if someone could walk me through it.

Insert -> Image

Then you get a choice of entering a URL or uploading an image
