Blue Pentagon

Hey guys quick question, I now know that to battle online in a rated battle in ORAS you need the blue pentagon but what about our tournaments with PP?

Those are not rated, and as a result, the pokemon does not need a blue pentagon. Just make sure it doesn't have illegal moves or abilities.
