Closed Buying Scyther, Mewtwo, and all megastones

looking for a lvl 1 Scyther with metal coat(for evolution to Scizor). Also looking for Mewtwo and all Megastones. Also interested in getting Master Balls.

Note: I am Brand new to Perfect Pokemon and I am still learning many things including pricing. I have been looking around and have an idea but just be aware I "may" need a little help initiating first trade. That being said I am willing to pay fair PC price for all pokemon/items.
