Smogon's competitive pokedex holds many meta builds, however they do lack a certain creativity and building a team by yourself is a lot more fun. Having said that, it still is an infallable database.

As of 1/14/2016, it is now easier for me to take showdown (http://www.pokemonshowdown) formatted pokemon. Using a showdown format will let me get your pokemon in half the time it normally would. Make sure if you want your pokemon with blue pentagons to run it through the VGC 2016 format, and it will automatically check for moves that are off.
