Looking for a Dragon Dance Bagon with a perfect HP IV, willing to trade a 5 IV Wimpod or pay credits.

Looking for a 3 IV Pyukumuku (Perfect IVs in HP, Sp. Def, and Def) with an extremely small IV in Attack, Sp. Attack and an even smaller IV in Speed. I can trade the 5 IV Wimpod or pay credits.

Since it's only 1IV, with an egg move, is it possible to pay around 15 PC, and supplement the rest with pokedex exclusives (I have sun) or some five IV pokemon? It seems like 60 PC would be too much, and I don't have that much PC.
