before you choose your save file at menu when starting up the game - you use the mystery gift option; choose internet and code

MEW2016 is for EU I believe; so if you live in NA you missed it, as it was given out during a wifi event for mythical 20 - these newsletter codes were given out this month if you have a subscription
before a certain date going into june for those that didn't get it in the mythical 20 wifi event
