Help with balanced team

I am building a team for competitive play and i would like help suggesting how to balance it.

1. Gengar
2. Greninja
3. Snorlax

Still looking for a good opener and sweeper to go with this, suggestions to what pokemon i could use to complete this team would be great .

I like to have at least one decent grass type on my team,if someone leads with smeargle as they get spore immunity(maybe 3/10 times they use dark void though). I might recommend Ludicolo(swift swim doubles speed in rain is nice), as I've swept whole teams with it on showdown that let him set up rain dance. I don't usually always get that far,but it usually can take out two or three pokes if you let it. Some teams are just not prepared for it. But I am still learning myself. It has nice coverage too I think. It's ice beam does not usually ohko dragons but it usually survives to 2hko.

When I build a team I like to create it like this:
Physical Wall
Special Wall
Cleric or Status Inflictor or Lead
Special Sweeper
Physical Sweeper
Bulky Pokemon w/ setup moves


From the Above I make sure 3 are special attackers, and 3 are physical attackers.
