How do credits work?

I am pretty new to Perfect Pokemon, and I noticed that people sell Pokemon. I was interested into buying some for 80 PC, but I have found out by now that PC can be purchased. My main question is, when I apply for my custom Pokemon, do I pay that person before or after the trade? I am rather confused on how I will pay them in general, can anyone clear that up?

You pay right before the trade usually. And to pay, you can go up to credit at the top right corner and transfer is an option. You'll use that.

You transfer the person PC before the trade of the actual Pokemon. To send PC mouse over Credit on the top right of the screen and select transfer. Write in the name of the person you wish to send it to and the amount of PC you wish to send.
