Well this is what I am looking for:
An important note though: you may get extra credits for at raising them to at least level 50. Moves are optional unless otherwise stated, though you will likely net more credits for getting all of the desired moves. EV spreads will also raise the amount of credits you obtain from this transaction, though they aren't necessary

You do not have to fulfill all of these if not convenient as you will be compensated for each individual pokemon.

Moves: Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Psyshock, Thunderbolt (optional on moves, but you may get more credits if you put the appropriate moves on it or any of the other following pokemon)
Quintiflawless is a MUST. I do not care about the attack stat, but would prefer it being a lower IV if possible.
EV Spread: (optional though you may net more credits by doing so or on other pokemon as well)
196 sp.attk, 228 speed, 84 HP.

Charizard Adamant Ability: Blaze (taken care of)
Moves: Dragon Dance (non-optional egg move), Flare Blitz, Dragon Claw, Protect
Quintiflawless please. The special attack IV is of no concern to me.
EV spread: (optional) 220 attk., 86 HP, 204 speed

Ferrothorn Brave Ability: Iron Barbs
Moves: Leech Seed (non-optional egg move), Iron Head (I hate Gyro ball against slow pokemon like Mawile and Amoongus), Power Whip, Protect (other moves optional)
Quadflawless with a 0 speed IV. I also do not care about sp. attk.
EV Spread: (optional) 252 HP. 204 attk. 52 sp. def

Gyarados Adamant Ability: Intimidate (taken care of courtesy of Forbidden Sandwich).
Moves: (optional) Waterfall, Ice Fang, Dragon Dance, Protect
Quintiflawless please, though I don't care much about the sp. attk IV.
EV Spread: (optional) 252 HP, 140 attk., 116 speed

Hydreigon Modest Ability: Levitate (Hydreigon is taken care of courtesy of Forbidden Sandwich.)
Moves: (optional) Draco Meteor, Dark Pulse, Fire Blast, Protect
Quintiflawless, I would prefer the attack IV as low as possible, but don't care too terribly much.
EV spread: (optional) 188 HP, 4 def., 4 sp. def., 140 sp. attk., 172 speed

Mienshao Jolly Ability: Inner Focus
Moves: (optional) Fake Out, Quick Guard (non-optional if you decide to evolve it. It is a pre-evo move), Wide Guard, High Jump Kick
Quintiflawless I do not care at all about the sp. attk. IV
EV Spread: (optional) 4 HP, 252 attk., 252 speed.

Maybe you'd have better luck having these Pokemon genned.

A lot of people do that and then re-breed themselves to make them VGC legal. Easier way of getting desired IVs/Natures/Abilities/Egg Moves.

Just a thought.

Unproxied has a point, you're better off genning them and breeding them all yourself.
