Shiny for achieving great potential and unique personality (wouldn't doubt being 6iv). Has a knack for being there to brighten things up with a cheerful smile. Always has the courage and strength to speak his mind at times when the moment is right.

Saya seems like an arcanine.
She seems like a legendary roleplayer and is very loyal so i wouldn't doubt her being 6iv. She also has that intimidating feel when you first meet her but when you get to know her she is a loving person.
